The 5T ground loader equipped with pure electric system has a maximum gradeability of 30%-58% and a maximum speed of over 40km/h; the maximum digging force that can be output exceeds 175KN, and the maximum traction force exceeds 160KN, which is 10% higher than that of traditional oil engines.

Loaders equipped with pure electric systems have zero emissions and noise as low as 70-80db, which is 20-30db lower than traditional loaders.

Compared with traditional vehicles, pure electric loaders can save more than 130,000 yuan in fuel every year, and the longer the average daily use time, the higher the operating income. In addition, the pure electric system has a simple structure, low maintenance requirements, and little impact on production operations. This will result in significant savings in maintenance time, material and labor costs (for example, the life of brake pads can be more than doubled).
