What are the key areas to check in daily system inspection of micro excavators?

1. Check the engine speed/timing
1 Shake the diesel engine on the diesel engine and check the diesel engine speed. If ET or /MIM is displayed, check the speed/timing sensor. When the drum rotates, the small excavator and diesel engine speed signals may be abnormal. Once the ECM can calculate the diesel engine speed based on the signal, the information will be replaced by the diesel engine speed.
2 Check the diesel engine speed/timing sensor calibration.
3 Confirm that the timing reference gear is installed correctly. If the gear is reversed, the diesel engine will not start. Check whether the position between the crankshaft and camshaft drive gears is correct. If necessary, correctly position and/or replace the drive gear.
1 Check the oil level.
2 If the diesel engine is to be repaired in the near future, there may be air in the fuel injection drive pressure circuit. Allow the diesel engine to fully warm up and load the diesel engine to exhaust air from the fuel injection pressure circuit.
3 Compare the actual drive pressure on the ET with the required drive pressure. If the difference between the two readings during the fault period does not exceed 2MPa, it means that the problem is not in the fuel injection pressure circuit.
4 Check the seal of the fuel injection pressure control valve. If the seal fails, replace the seal and repeat process 3.
5 Check whether the wiring harness connected to the fuel injection pressure control valve is open and/or short-circuited.
6 Measure the coil resistance of the fuel injection pressure control valve. For small excavator types, it should be 4 to 16Ω; otherwise, replace the fuel injection drive pressure control valve.
7 Use ET to perform a fuel injection drive pressure test. If the fuel injection drive pressure is low, the high-pressure oil circuit may leak.
A. Remove the plugs from the fuel pressure control valve and the injector joint.
b. Use ET or the diesel parking switch to intermittently fill the oil.
Remove the valve arrangement cover.
Check the injector joint drain and cross cylinder block seal leakage and crankshaft diesel.
Eliminate the leak and repeat process D.
F. If the fuel injection drive pressure is still low during the recommended process, the fuel injection drive pressure control valve may be faulty, replace the fuel injection drive pressure control valve and repeat the process 3
What common sense should you pay attention to when working on a small excavator?
1. Avoid placing a small excavator in the upper and lower excavation sections at the same time; when the trencher moves in the working plane, the ground should be flat and obstacles in the channel should be removed.
2. Do not dig too deep in front of the machine. Otherwise, the bottom will be hollowed out, which will cause the ground to collapse and cause an accident.
3. Avoid using the trencher boom to drag objects horizontally; hydraulic trenchers cannot dig by impact methods.
Avoid crushing solid objects with the bucket; if it encounters a large stone or a solid object, it should be removed before continuing the work.
5. Do not dig the working surface below the suspension part, otherwise there will be a risk of falling rocks, and even cause the suspension part to collapse, causing an accident.
6. Avoid using the bucket cylinder to fully extend the trencher.
