1. Connect the main unit to the included snowplow body by means of a quick-change connection. The locking pin of the quick-change connector must be inserted into the pin hole of the snowplow bracket. The lever must be fully pressed and locked.

2. When connecting the main unit of the enclosed snowplow, make sure that there is no visible dirt and other impurities on the contact surface and that the connection plate is fully installed. Secondly, the enclosed snowplow must be lifted during the connection process. Otherwise, the bottom of the connection plate may not be connected, so that the locking pin will not bend, resulting in a serious accident in which the closed cleaning device falls off.

3. Connect the included hydraulic quick connector to the main unit, making sure that the quick connector is properly seated. When installing and removing the hydraulic quick connector, be sure to turn off the engine and use the pressure release function to release the internal pressure in the line.

4. In order to increase the service life of the motor, the motor drain pipe should return to the main tank as far as possible.

5. Keep an appropriate amount of snowblower brush to make the cleaning effect better. For adjustment methods, please refer to the following

steps:

(1) Move the cleaner to a flat, dirty floor.

(2) Rotate the brush roller at a low speed, lower the cleaner to the ground, and run it under working conditions for about half a minute.

(3) Lift the snowplow to activate the brake, turn off the power, and check the cleaning marks. The width of the cleaning marks should be about 150mm and the length should be equal to the length of the roller brush.

(4) If the width of the cleaning marks is not near the reference value, adjust the compaction amount of the brush through the adjustment bolts at both ends of the cleaner.

(5) Be sure to adjust the adjustment bolts at both ends to prevent uneven wear of the snowplow.

6. Start the equipment and let the snowplow start to rotate. Make sure that the blade edge of the snowplow bucket just touches the ground. The rear end of the bucket is slightly lifted off the ground, and the engine is running when the engine is cleaning. For better cleaning effect, try to reduce the speed.

7. When starting the machine, the engine throttle should be in the idling state. Use the variable flow control switch to slowly press the button and use hydraulic impact force to achieve motor start protection. After running for a few minutes, the motor speed will usually increase to the correct throttling state.

8. During the cleaning process, the cleaning effect of the detergent should be minimized to reduce excessive wear of the brush. After a period of use, check the wear of the snow blower brush and adjust the brush compaction by adjusting the bolt to ensure a good cleaning effect.

9. The snow blower runs at a low speed and a moderate speed to better clean the gravel on the hard ground. If you drive too fast, it will raise dust and affect the operator's vision.
