We all know that construction machinery is generally made of steel. Since it is made of steel, it is inevitable that there may be various problems: metal rust, battery leakage, parts oxidation, etc.
It is possible that the machine will be damaged due to long-term storage before it has been used for a few times. So if the machine is not needed for a long time, what problems should we pay attention to and how should it be maintained?
First of all, the place where the equipment is placed must be a dry indoor place. If it must be placed outdoors, it cannot be placed directly on the ground. A layer of wood needs to be placed underneath, and a water cloth should be placed on the surface of the machine to prevent sudden rain from causing water on the surface of the machine and rusting the machine. In addition, before storage, the stored machinery should be checked for damage, and the construction machinery should be cleaned after inspection before storage.
The storage place should not hinder the smoothness of any road. If there is a battery, the battery should be removed and placed in a dry place to ensure the cleanliness of the battery; when removing the battery, pay attention to removing the negative pole first and then the positive pole to prevent short circuits that may be caused when removing the battery and burn the machine.
