The failure of the hydraulic excavator system is generally caused by the high temperature of the hydraulic oil or the entry of air. So for the occurrence of these failures, corresponding measures and countermeasures should be taken to solve them.
1. The hydraulic oil temperature is too high
If you want to solve the fault, you must thoroughly analyze the cause of the fault before solving it, and be mentally prepared for the consequences of the fault. If the viscosity of the hydraulic oil and the working efficiency of the system are reduced, it will seriously affect the normal operation of the machinery, and even cause the friction resistance to increase greatly, causing the hydraulic valve to get stuck, and at the same time, the material of the seal will deteriorate, causing the hydraulic system to leak.
The reason for the above consequences may be that the oil tank does not have good heat dissipation performance, so the oil temperature in the tank will rise. In this case, you should replace the oil tank with a large volume to achieve the effect of heat dissipation of the oil, or you can choose to install a cooling device.
On the other hand, the cause of the failure may be that the appropriate hydraulic oil is not selected, the selected hydraulic oil does not meet certain quality standards, does not meet the requirements, or the operator mixes and matches various types of hydraulic oil, which greatly increases the viscosity of the oil. Therefore, when choosing hydraulic oil, we must fully consider the consequences of using non-standard oil and strictly regulate the use of hydraulic oil.
Another possibility is that the environment at the construction site is bad. As the machine runs faster, the quality of the oil cannot be guaranteed, and it is easy to mix with some impurities and pollutants. When contaminated, the hydraulic oil enters the gap between the pump and the motor, which will seriously damage the smoothness of the surface, cause leakage, and increase the oil temperature. In the face of these problems, the environment should be purified fundamentally to avoid obstacles.
2. Air intake
Air will also have a certain impact on the hydraulic oil of the excavator. When air enters the oil, it will produce cavitation or cavitation, which will damage the metal sealing material and even cause noise, which will destroy the stability of the hydraulic system.
The reason for the above obstacles may be that the joints are not fixed well, resulting in sealing problems and air entering them. Generally speaking, the hydraulic system must have good sealing, especially the key position of the interface. Only by fixing the interface can the oil tank be sealed intact, thus preventing air from entering the system.
Another situation is that the oil suction pipeline and the connecting system pipeline in the hydraulic system are damaged for some reason, which may be worn out or corroded, which leads to the entry of air. The reason for this is that its pipeline layout design does not meet the specifications and actual needs. Therefore, if you want to solve this problem, you must clean and maintain the pipeline in the market to reduce external corrosion and prevent air from entering.
The last reason for air entering the hydraulic system may be that due to time constraints, bubbles are accidentally brought into the oil tank during refueling and mixed into the system. In actual operation, this situation must be avoided. When refueling, the operator must keep the working state stable, so as to ensure the safe operation of the hydraulic system.
